Hi all,

This year's fall color tour will be Saturday, October 2nd.  The Hotel will be the same as last year.  AmericInn of Traverse City, 1614 US 31 North. (231) 938-0288.  www.americinntc.com.  They have blocked out 17 rooms for us (15 dbl queens @ $72.90 and 2 king rooms @ $90.90) and are being quaranteed until Sept 2nd.  Make sure you mention you are with Valkyrie Rider Cruisers group to get this rate.  This also includes a continental breakfast and they have a nice pool.  If all rooms are booked prior to 9/2 then we may be able to get more if available.  Rooms not picked up by this date will be released from our block and placed into general inventory.  So if your planning on going, you need to make your reservations NOW!  This year there is a cancellation fee of $20.00 if done less than 30 days prior to October 2nd.  We will be taking 2 lanes up to Traverse City and will begin at our place of business: J E Ceramic Tile CO. at 8501 Midland Rd.  Pam and I will be working on a nice route and a place for dinner on Saturday evening.  If the meeting room is available we will have access to it after dinner.  More specific details will follow but I wanted to get the hotel info out to you.

GR Chapter Leader - located in Jenison, about 10 miles SW of Grand Rapids. Been riding bikes since about 13 years old. Truly enjoy the wind in your face, but more importantly, the friendships that we have made all across the state, and country - for that

Thank Rtaz - for putting this together again.  ALWAYS a great time - if you haven't been to this before, come on - we have a wild time. Wrote about bringing a hat - sheeez, they're comig with full costumes now.  The photo here kinda shows a taste from last year.

We've had our room booked for a couple weeks now already - we'll be there !!!

Sorry about that Joe & Bob -

I got about 4 new notes, all at the same time.  Started to reply, went to Photo Bucket to grab a pic.  Then the grandkids broke into my office, that was it for awhile.  Came back, my link was gone, started again - so I must have linked it to the wrong original notice.

We have about 4 major rides coming up still - MICHIGAN - what a chapter !!!

My wife begs to differ, has mentioned 'other' non-functioning areas - but we'll let that go for now !!!!!
